the breakfast had plenty of options. a person could even order special dishes from a menu. the staff was friendly i guess.

the noise in the rooms i experienced was terrible. i had to switch rooms. the internet was spotty. i had multiple evenings without hot water too. those nightstands were useless. i suppose it was design.

The staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast offered great variety. The outdoor pool was a true oasis. The hotel's location provided easy access to local attractions. I got a room upgrade and was treated well, exceeding all my expectations. I found world-class professionalism at every turn.

I noticed some noise in the room and requested a change. This was handled quickly. The internet connection was sometimes spotty.

The location was very convenient. the staff members were always helpful. i appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. It felt very personal and thoughtful. everything felt intimate and luxurious.

the staff was amazing they were super friendly and helpful i felt so cared for the hotel's design is fun and the gardens create a relaxing atmosphere the pool area was like a jungle oasis right in the middle of the city the breakfast was really good with many delicious options. the location was perfect near many attractions the room was super clean and calm it.

the internet had a few issues it was a bit spotty during certain times.

i got a standard double room. the staff was very warm, and nothing was too much trouble. both interior and external areas were very relaxing. the breakfast was fabulous.
